Refund policy

We offer a 90-day return policy. This means you have up to 90 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The fastest way to get what you need is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
